Regulatory Compliance Programs

Our ED faculty have a wealth of experience dealing with regulatory agencies such as the DEA, state health departments, The Joint Commission, Magnet Program, Stroke? etc. Our project teams will work with your team to:

• Prepare post site-visit remediation plans;

• Perform audits and mock surveys prior to regulatory agency visits;

• Develop policies and procedures, which will likely be examined by regulators.
