As the importance of delivering high-quality care at affordable costs increases, ED leaders must examine the entire patient care process, including pre-hospital care. Our project team can serve as a partner in the following:

• Developing effective EMS network and supporting systems

• Assessing pre-hospital systems and procedures

• Developing comprehensive quality and medical control programs

• Developing continuing educational programs for paramedics and EMTs.
