Dr. Ullman is the Chair of the Beth Israel Needham emergency department. He also serves as the STEMI Quality Assurance Director and the Associate Director of Emergency Cardiology for the Department of Emergency Medicine at BIDMC. Dr. Ullman is the co-director of Undergraduate Medical Education in the Department of Emergency Medicine at BIDMC, with a focus on simulation training. He is core simulation faculty for medical simulation at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is a senior member of the medical education committee for the Department of Emergency Medicine at BIDMC. Dr. Ullman was awarded the Rabkin Fellowship in 2013. Dr. Ullman’s areas of research and expertise are emergency medicine education, medical simulation, medical simulation program development, and cardiac emergencies.
